Radox S.R.L. accepts no responsibility for colour variations between displayed and actual colours. Radiators painted in special colours (other than RAL 9010 or RAL 9016) cannot be repainted due to the technological processes involved and cannot be returned.

Order Tracking

Once logged in, you may view your order history, check the status of current orders, and update your company profile.

Note: An Order is an electronic document constituting a form of communication between Radox and the Client. The Order does not constitute a binding Contract between the parties and does not commit either party until confirmed by Radox. An unconfirmed order is not considered a contract by Radox under any circumstances.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may also limit quantities per client or per order. If we modify or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of order placement.

We reserve the right to limit, cancel, or prohibit orders that, in our judgement, appear to have been placed by agents, resellers, or distributors acting outside any agreed terms.

An unconfirmed order is not considered a Contract by Radox under any circumstances. This Contract enters into force at the moment of confirmation by Radox.

4.4. If the Client terminates the contract in accordance with Article 7(3) below before delivery, Radox undertakes not to proceed with that delivery.

Article 5 — Obligations of the Client

5.1. To acknowledge the terms of use of radoxshop.com and confirm acceptance at the time of ordering, which constitutes execution of this Contract.

5.2. To pay the full contract value in accordance with the agreed payment method and timeline.

Article 6 — Transfer of Title

Title to goods shall transfer to the Client upon full payment by the Client, at the location or by the method indicated in the Order. The Client shall sign the courier's delivery document upon receipt, or sign the fiscal invoice in the case of personal collection. If, following transfer of title, the Client identifies discrepancies between the Order (invoice) and the contents of the shipment, the Client must notify Radox in writing within a maximum of 3 calendar days.

Article 7 — Right of Withdrawal

7.1. Products manufactured to the Client's specifications, personalised at the Client's explicit instructions, or ordered/imported expressly at the Client's request that were not held in stock, fall within the exception provided by Article 16 of Romanian Government Emergency Ordinance no. 34/2014 on exceptions to the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned. Returns are accepted only in the case of non-conformity.

7.2. For products held in stock at the time of purchase, the Client has the right to notify Radox in writing of their withdrawal from the purchase, without penalty and without stating a reason, within 30 calendar days of receipt of the product (or, for services, from the conclusion of the contract).

7.3. Return of product is at the Client's expense, on condition that the product is in the same condition in which it was received (intact, unused, in perfect working order, with original undamaged packaging and all accompanying documents), send your return request by email to office@radoxshop.com.

7.4. If the returned product has damaged or incomplete packaging, shows signs of wear, scratches, impacts, or missing documentation, Radox may refuse the return or accept the return subject to recovery of damages caused.

7.5. In the event of a valid return, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 calendar days from resolution of the return, as specified in our Returns Policy.

Article 8 — Contractual Liability

radoxshop.com accepts no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use in any manner of the products and/or services contracted through this site. radoxshop.com does not guarantee, and cannot be held liable in the event, that contracted services do not serve the purpose for which they were purchased.

Article 9 — Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is caused by a force majeure event. Force majeure is an event that is unforeseeable, outside the control of the parties, and unavoidable.

Article 10 — Governing Law

This Contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between radoxshop.com and its clients shall be resolved amicably, or, where that is not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.

Chapter X — Delivery and Payment

Delivery

Delivery is carried out by express courier (DPD Romania or DHL Romania) to the delivery address specified in the order, to the property boundary or building entrance only. Products are delivered in parcels or on pallets depending on their volume and the safety requirements during transit. Delivery costs are calculated automatically based on the weight, volume, and destination address provided.

Delivery Lead Times

In Stock products (confirmed as available):

  • 3–5 business days from receipt of payment for bank transfers and online card payments ("date of receipt" means the date the funds appear in Radox's bank statement or payment platform).

Radox-manufactured products with "Made to Order" status:

  • 30 calendar days for SCALA N / ROUND N chrome towel rail radiators not in stock or painted in colours other than RAL 9010 (glossy white), and for SUNNY / SUNNY ROUND chrome or painted radiators.
  • 45 calendar days for special (decorative) chrome, painted, or stainless steel radiators, except SUNNY / SUNNY ROUND.
Note: Stated delivery times are indicative. Courier delays may occur independently of Radox and Radox cannot be held responsible for them. Due to variability in raw material prices and availability, production lead times for "Made to Order" products may be extended by up to 14 additional calendar days. Radox will notify the Client in such cases.

Exceptions apply in the case of public holidays and force majeure events that may interrupt production or prevent procurement of raw materials.

Payment Methods

  • Online card payment (Visa / Mastercard, processed by EuPlătesc — euplatesc.ro)
  • At any bank branch: cash or card to the IBAN above; delivery after receipt of funds

In the unlikely event that a product's price or specifications are displayed incorrectly on the platform due to a technical error, Radox will notify the Client as soon as possible. If delivery has not yet occurred, Radox reserves the right to cancel delivery of the incorrectly priced product.

Prices may be amended at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed on radoxshop.com are in EUR and exclude VAT and other taxes, transport fees, etc., unless otherwise stated. B2B clients with a valid intra-community EU VAT number may be eligible for the VAT reverse charge mechanism on qualifying cross-border supplies; VAT validation is performed automatically via the European Commission VIES system at checkout.

The total price of an order includes the product price and applicable courier charges (VAT included). The final price may be adjusted as courier surcharges apply.

Chapter XI — Invoicing

You agree to promptly update your account details, including email address and billing information, so that Radox can process transactions correctly and contact you as needed. Radox issues fiscal invoices in accordance with Romanian VAT legislation and EU VAT Directive 2006/112/EC.

Chapter XII — Returns Policy

To initiate a return, send your return request by email to office@radoxshop.com or contact us via radoxshop.com/contact no later than the 30th calendar day from delivery, and select your preferred return method.

Note for B2B clients: The right of withdrawal under OUG 34/2014 applies primarily to consumer (B2C) contracts. For B2B contracts, the right to return is a contractual right granted by Radox at its discretion, subject to the conditions below.

General Return Conditions

  • Products must be returned in the same condition in which they were received.
  • Original labels must be intact and all documents supplied with the product must be included.
  • All accessories and any gifts supplied with the product must be included.
  • Products with unauthorised interventions, signs of wear, scratches, chips, impacts, mechanical or electrical damage, or missing accessories will not be accepted.
  • If the return parcel contains products different from those declared in the return form, collection will be refused by the courier upon verification.

Product Categories with Special Return Conditions

Made to Order products: Products manufactured or imported expressly at the Client's request that were not held in stock cannot be returned (OUG 34/2014, Article 16 — exceptions to the right of withdrawal). Returns are accepted only in the case of non-conformity with the confirmed order specifications.

Radiators painted in colours other than standard White RAL 9010 or RAL 9016: Radox manufactures these in accordance with the RAL code specified in writing by the Client. Due to the manufacturing process involved, these radiators cannot be repainted and cannot be returned, except in the case of non-conformity.

Return Methods

The Client must notify Radox in writing of any manufacturing defect within 48 hours of becoming aware of it, by email at office@radoxshop.com or via radoxshop.com/contact. Until Radox intervenes, the Client is obligated to take all necessary measures to limit further damage.

When you first visit radoxshop.com, a cookie banner will request your consent for non-essential cookies (functional and analytics categories). You may:

  • Accept all — all categories of cookies will be placed.

You may change or withdraw your consent at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of radoxshop.com. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal.

Important: Blocking strictly necessary cookies may prevent the website and its checkout from functioning correctly. Strictly necessary cookies do not require your consent under Article 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive.

4. Managing Cookies via Your Browser

In addition to our consent tool, all major browsers allow you to view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Note that blocking all cookies may impair website functionality.

You may also opt out of interest-based advertising across multiple providers via youronlinechoices.com (EU) or optout.aboutads.info.

2
Purpose LimitationPersonal data is collected for specific, explicit, and legitimate purposes and is not processed in a manner incompatible with those purposes.
3

6
Integrity and ConfidentialityWe implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against accidental loss, destruction, alteration, unauthorised disclosure, or access.

3. Legal Bases for Processing

Every processing activity on radoxshop.com is founded on one of the following legal bases under Article 6 GDPR:

Legal basisWhen we rely on it
Art. 6(1)(a) — ConsentNon-essential cookies (analytics); newsletter subscriptions; marketing communications to new prospects.
Art. 6(1)(b) — ContractAccount registration; order processing; delivery; invoicing; customer support enquiries.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we conduct a Legitimate Interests Assessment (LIA) to verify that our interests do not override the rights and freedoms of the data subject.

4. Technical and Organisational Security Measures

Technical Measures

  • TLS/SSL encryption on all pages of radoxshop.com where personal data is transmitted or entered.
  • Password hashing — all account passwords are stored as salted hashes; plaintext passwords are never stored.
  • Database security — WooCommerce/MySQL database with restricted access, regular patching, and automated backups.
  • No card data storage — all payment card processing is delegated to EuroPayment Services S.R.L. (euplatesc.ro), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor. We never receive or store raw card data.
  • IP anonymisation in Google Analytics 4 — the last octet of IP addresses is masked before storage.
  • Access controls — admin access to radoxshop.com and associated systems is limited to authorised personnel; multi-factor authentication is applied where supported.
  • WordPress security hardening — regular core, theme, and plugin updates; security scanning.

Organisational Measures

  • A designated Data Protection Officer (DPO) is responsible for overseeing GDPR compliance.
  • Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) are in place with all sub-processors before any personal data is shared.
  • Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) govern transfers to processors outside the EEA (AWeber, Google Analytics).
  • Access to personal data is granted on a need-to-know basis only.
  • This Policy and the Privacy Policy are reviewed annually or whenever a material change in processing occurs.
  • Where a new processing activity or significant change is proposed, a Data Protection Impact Assessment (DPIA) is conducted if the activity is likely to result in high risk to individuals.

6. Personal Data Breach Procedure

A personal data breach is any breach of security leading to the accidental or unlawful destruction, loss, alteration, unauthorised disclosure of, or access to, personal data.

6.1 Detection and Internal Reporting

  • Any employee, contractor, or sub-processor who suspects or becomes aware of a data breach must report it to the DPO at datepersonale@radox.ro immediately.

7. Third Parties, Processors and International Transfers

7.1 Data Processing Agreements

We enter into a binding Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with every sub-processor before they process personal data on our behalf. DPAs require sub-processors to: process data only on our documented instructions; implement appropriate security measures; assist us in fulfilling data subject rights; notify us of breaches without undue delay; delete or return data on termination of the contract; and allow and contribute to audits.

9. Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIA)

We carry out a DPIA before commencing any new processing activity that is likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of natural persons. Circumstances triggering a DPIA include:

  • Systematic and extensive profiling of individuals.
  • Large-scale processing of special categories of data.
  • Systematic monitoring of publicly accessible areas (e.g. CCTV).

2.2 Products Not Accepted for Return

The following will not be accepted for return unless Radox confirms non-conformity or another legal ground:

  • used products
  • products with scratches, dents, chips, deformation, or other visible damage
  • products with damaged, missing, or incomplete packaging
  • products with missing accessories, parts, or documents
  • products that have been installed
  • products modified, repainted, repaired, or otherwise altered without written approval from Radox
  • parcels containing products different from those declared in the return request

2.3 Non-Returnable Products

The following categories are non-returnable, except where required by law or where Radox confirms non-conformity:

  • Made-to-order products
  • products manufactured, imported, finished, or adapted specifically at the client's request
  • radiators painted in non-standard colours or special finishes
  • custom configurations expressly confirmed as non-cancellable / non-returnable before order
  • special-order electric kits, accessories, or parts procured specifically for one order
Outlet Expo products are not automatically non-returnable merely because they come from exhibitions or showroom stock. If they are listed as in-stock items and are unused, they may be returned if they meet the return conditions above.

2.4 Return Shipping Costs

Unless the return is due to a Radox error, confirmed defect, confirmed transport damage, or confirmed non-conformity, the return shipping cost is borne by the client.

If the return is approved and sent by courier at the client's cost, the refunded amount may be reduced by any applicable return logistics costs if these have been arranged by Radox on the client's behalf.

3. How to Request a Return

4.1 Refund Method

Refunds are made by:

  • bank transfer to the account provided by the client
  • or another lawful method agreed in writing by Radox

4.2 Refund Amount

If the return is accepted, the refund will normally include the price paid for the returned product, less any applicable return logistics costs where these are chargeable to the client.

If the return is due to:

  • wrong product supplied by Radox
  • confirmed transport damage
  • confirmed manufacturing defect
  • confirmed non-conformity with the order

Radox will refund the full eligible amount and, where applicable, bear the return transport cost.

5. Transport Damage and Delivery Discrepancies

All deliveries must be inspected as soon as possible after receipt.

Any transport damage, visible packaging damage, or delivery discrepancy must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery, to office@radoxshop.com. The notification must include:
  • order number
  • invoice number
  • description of the issue
  • clear photos of the packaging and product
  • any other relevant supporting evidence

If the courier document has been signed without noting visible damage, Radox's ability to recover the loss from the courier may be limited.

If the delivered contents differ from the confirmed order, the client must notify Radox in writing as soon as possible and no later than 3 calendar days from delivery.

6. Complaints

All complaints must be submitted in writing to office@radoxshop.com. Please include:

  • order number
  • product code
  • invoice copy or proof of purchase
  • clear description of the issue
  • photos or other supporting evidence
  • contact details

Radox will review the complaint and provide an initial written response within 7 working days. For urgent matters, clients may also contact us by phone via the contact page, but a written submission remains necessary for formal handling.

7. Legal Guarantee of Conformity

All products sold on radoxshop.com benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity applicable under mandatory law.

For consumers, this includes a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity from delivery for goods covered by the applicable legislation. This guarantee covers lack of conformity existing at delivery or becoming apparent within the applicable legal period, subject to the applicable legal conditions.

8. Commercial Warranty Granted by Radox

In addition to the legal guarantee of conformity, Radox grants the following commercial warranty for eligible radiators sold on radoxshop.com:

8.1 5-Year Leakage Warranty

Radox grants a 5-year commercial warranty from the invoice date for water leakage caused by a manufacturing defect in the radiator body, provided that all warranty conditions are met.

This 5-year commercial warranty is limited strictly to leakage resulting from a manufacturing defect in the radiator body and does not apply to electrical components, coating defects, accessories, installation faults, corrosion caused by system conditions, or any external cause.

8.2 2-Year Warranty for Other Defects

All other defects not covered by the 5-year leakage warranty are covered only to the extent required by the applicable 2-year legal guarantee of conformity or any other mandatory statutory rights.

Radox does not grant a separate 5-year commercial warranty for non-leakage defects unless expressly stated in writing for a specific product line.

9. Warranty Conditions

To benefit from warranty coverage, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • the product has been installed by qualified personnel, where professional installation is required
  • the product has been installed, used, and maintained in accordance with Radox instructions and the technical documentation
  • the product has been used only for its intended indoor heating purpose
  • the heating system water and operating conditions comply with the product requirements
  • no unauthorized modification, repair, repainting, or intervention has been made
  • the claimant provides the invoice, proof of purchase, and any warranty documentation issued by Radox
  • the defect is reported promptly after discovery
  • reasonable steps are taken to prevent further damage

Where relevant, Radox may request installation details, commissioning details, system information, photos, and access to inspect the product.

10. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover, among other things:

  • installation or removal costs
  • transport, lifting, access, finishing, or reinstallation costs unless mandatory law requires otherwise
  • scratches, dents, chips, or aesthetic defects visible at delivery or installation unless reported in time
  • misuse, abuse, impact, negligence, or accident
  • incorrect installation or commissioning
  • corrosion, scaling, sludge, unsuitable water quality, freezing, or improper additives
  • defects caused by external systems, hydraulic deficiencies, electrical faults, voltage fluctuations, or environmental factors
  • normal wear and tear
  • products altered, repainted, or repaired without written authorization
  • consumables, seals, accessories, or electrical parts beyond the applicable legal rights, unless expressly covered in writing

11. Warranty Claims and Remedies

To submit a warranty claim, please email office@radoxshop.com. Please include:

  • invoice or proof of purchase
  • product code
  • description of the problem
  • photos or videos where relevant
  • installation details, if requested
  • any other supporting documents reasonably required by Radox

Claims should be submitted as soon as reasonably possible after the defect is discovered. If a defect or non-conformity is confirmed, Radox will provide the applicable remedy required by law or by this Policy.

Because many Outlet Expo products are one-off pieces and may no longer be available in the same finish, size, or configuration, replacement may not always be possible. In such cases, and depending on the circumstances and the applicable law, Radox may offer one of the following:
  • repair
  • replacement with the same product, if available
  • replacement with a comparable product, where legally and commercially appropriate and agreed
  • price reduction
  • refund
Radox does not guarantee that an identical replacement product will be available for Outlet Expo items.

12. Limitation of Further Damage

Until the issue is assessed, the client must take reasonable steps to prevent additional damage.

No third-party repair or intervention may be carried out without prior written approval from Radox if the client intends to rely on warranty rights, except where immediate action is necessary to prevent greater damage and this is permitted by law.
