Products available on radoxshop.com may be purchased exclusively through the online ordering process. For product and service information, or assistance with account creation or order placement, please contact us by email at sales@radoxshop.com or visit our contact page.
Products may be found using the category menu or the search field. Clicking "Add to Cart" transfers the product to your shopping cart. Each unique product code (same dimensions and colour) may be added to the cart only once per order; however, you may adjust the quantity. Multiple products from different categories may be combined in a single cart. We recommend reviewing your cart before proceeding to checkout.
After adding all desired products to the cart, proceed to checkout and provide the following information:
If your cart contains both "In Stock" and "Made to Order" products, you may opt for separate delivery or for combined delivery once all items are available.
Immediately after placing your order (or after payment is completed for online card payments), you will receive an automatic order confirmation email. Where necessary, a Radox representative may contact you by telephone to verify and confirm the order. You will be notified by email or telephone when the order is dispatched.
These products are not held in stock and must be manufactured or imported from producers. An automatic order confirmation email will be sent immediately. Where necessary, a Radox representative may contact you by telephone.
For "Made to Order" products, a deposit of at least 30% of the total order value is required before the production or import order is placed. The production/delivery lead time is calculated from the date the deposit is received.
If you did not select full online card payment (100% advance), the 30% deposit may be paid via payment link, bank transfer, or in person at the Radox showroom, based on the proforma invoice sent to you by email.
Where a colour other than standard White RAL 9010 or RAL 9016 is requested, Radox will manufacture the product in accordance with the RAL code specified in the order. Radox uses paint supplied by Akzo Nobel, conforming to international RAL colour standards.
Once logged in, you may view your order history, check the status of current orders, and update your company profile.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. We may also limit quantities per client or per order. If we modify or cancel an order, we will contact you using the email address or telephone number provided at the time of order placement.

The Client shall sign the courier's delivery document upon receipt, or sign the fiscal invoice in the case of personal collection. If, following transfer of title, the Client identifies discrepancies between the Order (invoice) and the contents of the shipment, the Client must notify Radox in writing within a maximum of 3 calendar days.

radoxshop.com accepts no responsibility and cannot be held liable for any damage arising from the use in any manner of the products and/or services contracted through this site. radoxshop.com does not guarantee, and cannot be held liable in the event, that contracted services do not serve the purpose for which they were purchased.
Neither party shall be liable for non-performance of its contractual obligations if such non-performance is caused by a force majeure event. Force majeure is an event that is unforeseeable, outside the control of the parties, and unavoidable.
This Contract is governed by Romanian law. Any disputes between radoxshop.com and its clients shall be resolved amicably, or, where that is not possible, by the competent Romanian courts.
Delivery is carried out by express courier (DPD Romania or DHL Romania) to the delivery address specified in the order, to the property boundary or building entrance only. Prices may be amended at any time without prior notice. All prices displayed on radoxshop.com are in RON and include VAT unless otherwise stated. B2B clients with a valid intra-community EU VAT number may be eligible for the VAT reverse charge mechanism on qualifying cross-border supplies; VAT validation is performed automatically via the European Commission VIES system at checkout.

To initiate a return, send your return request by email to office@radoxshop.com or contact us via radoxshop.com/contact no later than the 30th calendar day from delivery, and select your preferred return method.
Made to Order products: Products manufactured or imported expressly at the Client's request that were not held in stock cannot be returned (OUG 34/2014, Article 16 — exceptions to the right of withdrawal). During the warranty period, products exhibiting material or manufacturing defects attributable to the producer will be repaired or replaced in accordance with Romanian Law no. 449/2003 and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992.
Warranty coverage requires presentation of the defective product with all accessories, the warranty certificate, the fiscal invoice, and proof of payment. The Client must notify Radox in writing of any manufacturing defect within 48 hours of becoming aware of it, by email at office@radoxshop.com or via radoxshop.com/contact. Until Radox intervenes, the Client is obligated to take all necessary measures to limit further damage.
Failure to ensure the technical conditions necessary for safe and normal operation, or non-compliance with operating instructions, will result in loss of warranty. During the warranty period, interventions on products are permitted only by Radox or persons authorised by Radox. Installation or repair by unauthorised persons voids the warranty. Radox is not responsible for installation defects.

This Returns and Warranty Policy applies to all orders placed by business clients ("Client") on radoxshop.com, operated by Radox S.R.L. It should be read in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions. By placing an order, you agree to the terms set out below.
Radox offers a 30-calendar-day return window for eligible in-stock products purchased on radoxshop.com, calculated from the date of delivery or collection. This exceeds the 14-calendar-day statutory minimum for distance contracts under Romanian law (OUG 34/2014) and applicable EU consumer protection directives.
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The following products will not be accepted for return:
The following product categories cannot be returned under any circumstances, except in cases of confirmed non-conformity with the order specifications:
| Category | Reason |
|---|---|
| Made to Order products | Products manufactured or imported expressly at the Client's request, not held in stock at the time of order, fall under the exception of Art. 16, OUG 34/2014 (exceptions to the right of withdrawal). |
| Radiators painted in colours other than standard White RAL 9010 / RAL 9016 | Due to the technological processes involved, custom-painted radiators cannot be repainted and cannot be returned. Radox uses Akzo Nobel paints conforming to RAL standards; colour variations between digital/catalogue representations and the applied result are inherent to the process and do not constitute grounds for return or refund. |
Return shipping is paid by the Client, unless the product is faulty, damaged in transit, or does not conform to the confirmed order specifications — in which case Radox will arrange and cover the cost of return.
For courier returns, the refund amount will equal the order value minus the applicable return shipping cost. Shipping costs are calculated based on the product weight and dimensions.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected by Radox, the refund will be processed within a maximum of 7 calendar days from resolution of the return.
| Return method | Refund method | Timeline |
|---|---|---|
| Courier return | Bank transfer to the account specified in the return form | Within 7 calendar days of return resolution |
| In-person showroom return | Bank transfer (any amount) or cash (up to 5,000 RON for legal entities, per applicable law) | Within 7 calendar days of return resolution |
For courier returns, the refunded amount will reflect the order value minus the applicable return shipping cost. If the return is due to a Radox error (wrong product, manufacturing defect, non-conformity), Radox will bear the full shipping cost and refund the complete order value.
Upon receipt of your order, please inspect all packages carefully before signing the courier's delivery document.
If the contents of the parcel differ from the items listed on the invoice or order, please notify Radox in writing within 3 calendar days of delivery.
All formal complaints must be submitted in writing by email to office@radoxshop.com, and must include:
Complaints will be reviewed and a response provided within 7 working days of receipt. For urgent matters, you may also contact us by phone via radoxshop.com/contact — however, a written submission will still be required to formally process the complaint.
All Radox products are covered by a legal warranty from the invoice date, in accordance with applicable EU regulations and Romanian law (Law no. 449/2003 and Government Ordinance no. 21/1992). This warranty covers manufacturing defects and product non-conformity.
Extended warranty periods apply to specific product categories — see the full warranty table in our Terms and Conditions, Chapter XIII. The minimum warranty period for all products is 2 years from the invoice date; certain product lines (e.g. aluminium, steel, and stainless steel radiators) carry a 10-year warranty.
To benefit from warranty coverage, all of the following conditions must be met:
The warranty does not cover:
Warranty claims must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of discovering or becoming aware of the defect. Late notification may affect the assessment of the claim.
Until Radox's authorised service team intervenes, the Client is obligated to take all necessary measures to limit further damage. During the warranty period, interventions are permitted only by Radox or persons explicitly authorised in writing by Radox. Radox provides free service during the warranty period and paid service post-warranty.
